A couple of weeks ago, @yuenlw joked that I should develop a telegram bot that informs daily the number of COVID-19 cases in Costa Rica. It was a joke... but why not develop one?

I started working on it and now version 1.0 is ready: CoronavirusCRBot. Thanks @yuenlw for testing and all the feedback.

It is very easy to use:

1. Start bot
2. Send command:
/activar to enable daily notifications
/reporte to receive last report
/desactivar to disable daily notifications
/acerca to learn more about the bot
